The BV1929-L is part of our Limited Series line of gloves constructed of 6 oz. kip leather, which is one of the things unique to our Limited Series line of gloves. We added leather finger linings and put a solid palm pad in the pocket for beefed up protection from the ball where you need it most. In addition to this, we pre-treated the leather to allow for a quicker break in time. Even with all of that, these still are the lightest gloves on the market today.
Our exclusive thumb and pinky loops, along with sturdy stays in the thumb and pinky, reinforce the rigidity of the glove. As a result, this allows for years of use without getting floppy. We utilized Vinci exclusive comfort feel genuine leather, for the best feel and comfort in the industry. Our Comfort feel genuine leather is pre-treated at the factory allowing for a much shorter break in time.
Our high quality leather allows our gloves to be durable, yet playable and retain their shape longer. They also come with heavy-duty thumb and pinky loops, along with thumb and pinky supports which help retain the glove shape. Our pittards leather finger linings offer the feel and durability of a major league baseball glove, without the major league price tag.
**Gloves with mesh back added feature a Kevlar mesh back for strength, durability, ventilation, and lighter weight.
